Dog Boarding in New Britain

I am very very close to my dog and was so apprehensive about leaving Max with anyone. Katherine comforted me, sent me pictures and interacted with Max like he was her own dog. She did a fantastic job of treating Max with love and care. Recommend 200%. Thank You Katherine

Pam took excellent care of our dog. She made her feel right and home and honored our preferences and routines. She kept us updated with lots of photos throughout the stay. When we arrived at pick up, our dog greeted us then went right back to playing with Pam’s dog and cuddling up to Pam and her family. We know that she felt safe and loved throughout her stay and had such a fun time! Thank you, Pam!

Heather and her family did a wonderful job with our girl. I felt so comfortable leaving her for the longest we have ever left her! She was able to accommodate last minute changes in our schedule which was awesome! We will totally be using Heather again! Thank you so much!

This was our first booking with Olga. We did a meet and greet to make sure there would be no issues with our sometimes temperamental pup, which went well, the meeting leaving me feeling comfortable to go ahead with the booking. Olga took Alice at the arranged time and did great job taking care of "Alice". She sent me photos and even a video every day, which was much appreciated. I won't hesitate to book with Olga in the future. Five stars!

Ann is great with dogs and took amazing care of Patches! She provided us regular updates and photos while we were away at in a out of town wedding. We will definitely be using her services in the future!

My pup Rocky had spent a week with Olive and her family. They all treated him so incredibly well and I’m so happy that Olive was able to provide a home away from hone for Rocky!

Mikaila was outstanding - she was very professional, communicated proactively, and asked all of the right questions. She was great dealing with our anxious pup and put our minds at ease that our dog was in good hands while we were away. We will definitely reach out again the next time we travel.

Ivy had a great time staying with Shannon and playing with the other dogs. Shannon was great to communicate with both leading up to the stay and getting updates/pictures during the stay. I would highly recommend Shannon and plan to use her in the future.

Jacquelyn and her family provided a loving home for Abbie while we went to Florida for a week. They kept her active, and communication couldn’t have been any better. Highly recommend!

Allan and Anne Marie were excellent care givers for our senior dog Stella. They were very attentive and made sure she was comfortable and loved while there. Stella enjoyed having a pup friend in their dog Joey and met another one or two dogs during the course of her stay. Daily photo and update was great. I highly recommend their family home to anyone who wants their pup to feel like they are home away from home.

Cindy was amazing! I could tell from her first interaction with Chocolate that they would get along and my dog would be loved and taken care of! Cindy kept me updated with how Chocolate was doing and sent me plenty of photos! I will definitely be looking to book with Cindy again next time I need to go out of town.
