Dog Boarding in New Britain

Pam took excellent care of our dog. She made her feel right and home and honored our preferences and routines. She kept us updated with lots of photos throughout the stay. When we arrived at pick up, our dog greeted us then went right back to playing with Pam’s dog and cuddling up to Pam and her family. We know that she felt safe and loved throughout her stay and had such a fun time! Thank you, Pam!

This was our first booking with Olga. We did a meet and greet to make sure there would be no issues with our sometimes temperamental pup, which went well, the meeting leaving me feeling comfortable to go ahead with the booking. Olga took Alice at the arranged time and did great job taking care of "Alice". She sent me photos and even a video every day, which was much appreciated. I won't hesitate to book with Olga in the future. Five stars!

Heather again provided wonderful care for Milo. She sent a lot of pictures showing us what he was up to. We were so happy with his weekend stay. We will use Heather again!

We cannot recommend Katherine highly enough! From the moment we met them, it was clear that they genuinely love and understand dogs. Reese instantly felt comfortable around them, which speaks volumes, as our pup can sometimes be shy with new people. Throughout our time away, Katherine went above and beyond to ensure that Reese was happy, safe, and well-cared for. They provided regular updates, including photos. What stood out most was the level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Every aspect of Reese’s care was handled with love and professionalism. Coming home to a relaxed and happy dog was the best feeling, and we know that’s entirely thanks to Katherine. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pet like their own, look no further. They are truly a gem!

Olive took great care of Teddi! We enjoyed the pictures and updates. We couldn't have asked for a better "vacation spot" for our pup. I highly recommend Olive and would definitely have Teddi return. Thanks, Olive!

Ann and her husband were great with Lola! Lola enjoyed her early morning walks and spent time in the yard daily. We looked forward to our daily texts & pictures. Lola always looked happy. I would highly recommend Ann's meticulous home! Thank you Ann!

Amazing communication, and super accommodating. Our sitter sent us pictures of our cat throughout the stay. Our Minnie was well taken care of. We will definitely be using her car sitting services in the future.

Carmella loves to stay with Marie and her family! O know she’s treated as one of the family there. Very happy to have found such excellent care!

Tiffany was great. Very accomodating for a last minute reservation and changes to drop-off and pick-up. She was very accommodating with Tobey's diet and exercise needs. Kept me posted with photos and updates of Tobey. Added bonus that she had kids and Tobey loved the attention. Will be back for sure! Thank you!

Shannon was amazing to work with and so patient with my shy pup Nellie. Nellie warmed up to her so quickly and Shannon allowed her to have her own space so she could slowly adjust to the other pups at the home. She sent communication and pictures throughout the weekend so I could see what a great time Nellie was having and administered meds that Nellie needed for the weekend. Great experience with shannon! Will definitely be bringing my pup back!

Cindy is the best! Our anxious dog is so excited when we drop her off. She doesn’t even look back! Cindy sends plenty of pictures and videos and our Emmy looks right at home. We can relax knowing how well she is being cared for!

Allan and Anne were great! They are so welcoming of our Ozzy Bear and we will definitely be using them again for future trips! Great house and fenced in yard, and we had no worries leaving our fur baby with them for the weekend!

Jacquelyn and her family provided a loving home for Abbie while we went to Florida for a week. They kept her active, and communication couldn’t have been any better. Highly recommend!

Our pup Lexi had her second great stay with Kristin and her family. It’s such a relief to know that she’s being well taken care of and Kristin sends pics and updates, helping us feel reassured. Lexi seems to love playing with Kristin’s friendly dog, Carson, and was immediately comfortable with Carson again. We were so happy that Kristin was available to watch Lexi again and she’ll remain our first choice the next time we need a sitter!
