Dog Boarding in North Springfield

Margaret was fantastic! We left our dog with her for a full week, and Margaret sent updates of our girl daily. She even included videos for my daughter (who was beside herself leaving her dog). The videos were amazing to see our pup wagging her tail, "smiling", and just enjoying her time. The meet and great gave me tremendous confidence that Margaret was the right fit. She was so prepared for any dog of any size, has amazing policies in place to keep the dogs safe, and was so kind. We will absolutely be booking with Margaret again for our next vacation!

This was the longest my dog has been away from me since she was a pup. I was nervous but put at ease quickly with Megan. She provided a loving environment for my Liberty while I was away. I received daily photos and updates which I appreciated very much. I highly recommend Megan.

Beth was very patient with our anxious dog! It took him days to settle in - he is not typically away from us. Her twice daily pictures of our dog were comforting. We knew he was in good hands!

Kristen recently kept our little dog for 2 nights. I was very comfortable leaving her in Kristen’s care and Thumbelina really made herself at home while there! She has 2 well behaved dogs that were great playmates for Thumbelina. I definitely will be using her sitting services again.

Natalie watched Maverick overnight with short notice. They were really warm and sweet to my pup. Will definitely rebook!

Hershey had a great time and Maria was amazing with her! So thankful for taking such great care of Hershey! Highly recommend using Maria to take care of your dog while you’re away!

Victoria was fantastic! She was incredibly sweet and accommodating to my Penny’s needs, as Penny has some general anxiety in new settings. Victoria was patient and kind, as well as super informative about Pennys behavior/eating habits/etc during her stay, and I knew penny was in great hands. Looks like we found our official boarder and will most definitely refer to Victoria for future boarding needs ☺️ thank you!

Stephanie was great. I was a first time Rover dog mom seeking overnight care so that I could go to a concert at Lake Chautauqua. I live in CT so this was a first time long distance experience. Stephanie quelled all my concerns. We had our two little girls stay with Stephanie for one night. She texted and sent pictures throughout the stay and kept me posted. We spoke before the reservation was booked. My girls enjoyed the fenced in area. Stephanie is a wonderful communicator, understands “dog moms and dads” and made my girls comfortable. My Dolly girl slept on Stephanie’s lap and she doesn’t do that with many! The fenced yard is secure and Stephanie stays with the dogs while they are outside. It was a great experience for both me and my husband as well as for Dolly and Caraline. Eight paws up!??

They took such good care of my pup! They gave picture updates and updates throughout the night letting me know she adjusted so well! Was very happy with her stay :)

I have lost track now on the number of times our pup has stayed with Mary, we are so incredibly grateful for her care while we are away. Whenever our dog, Wynnie, stays with Mary we always joke that she doesn’t want to come home, but she truly loves staying with Mary and gets excited at the even mention of her name! It is so nice to know Wynnie is in good hands while we are away, we never have to worry about her, but Mary always sends updates throughout the stay. Thank you so much Mary for taking such good care of our Wynnie!! 😊

Jennifer is absolutely fantastic! She's kind and super responsive, sends daily check ins with photos! I will definitely be using her again for our girl Rylee!

Pamela and Will were amazing! Took great care of our pups and kept us fully informed the whole time, which is great since we were away for almost a whole week! Would absolutely have them watch the dogs again 💕

Kristen did a wonderful job caring for our Benny! She was very timely with her communication and made us feel comfortable leaving our fur baby for the first time. Things went smoothly and I would not hesitate to use her services again! The pictures and messages each day were especially reassuring!
