Aubra checked in on our cat, several lizards and fish. She was reliable, fed the animals and played with Lucy, our cat. I highly recommend her.

Sarah is incredible! Our cat is always a little hesitant to meet new people but warms up after a while and Sarah is so patient and sweet with our cat, they have become quick friends. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

I cannot rave enough about Brandon as a pet-sitter extraordinaire! When I got back from my travels, I swear my two cats were just the slightest bit miffed that it was only me, instead of their new favorite human. From his fantastic photos to his thorough daily reports to his response times, it's clear how professionally and personally committed Brandon is to his animal caregiving responsibilities. When I went into this trip, my older cat definitely needed to lose a few pounds-- but from the pictures he shared, Brandon played so thoroughly with my girls that she's actually in svelter shape than she's been in ages! My cats were happy, healthy, and in great spirits when I returned, and I immediately sent a request to rebook Brandon's services for another trip. Knowing that he's a professional animal carer in his work outside of Rover made me feel so secure that Brandon had everything under control. He certainly went above and beyond the call of duty by emptying my Litter Genie and taking out the trash-- such thoughtful details that made my apartment a much nicer-smelling place to come back to! 10/10 would recommend Brandon; I've never had such a positive experience with any pet-sitter!

Suzanna did a wonderful job taking care of Otis and Alfi! She noticed some blood in one of the cat’s stools and told me about it right away. She also handled a power outage which tripped the security alarm very responsibly. Thank you Suzanna!!

Amazing sitter! I had Holly drop in on our cat while we were away for the week. Our cat was so calm and happy when we returned, we could tell that Holly did an amazing job loving and taking care of her while we were gone. We got picture updates and Holly was flexible to be available for an extra drop in if we needed it. Will definitely be asking for her help again!

Our first experience with Rover. Natasha provided several texts with pictures during the week we were gone. She was professional & easy to work with. Her location near to ours was a plus as our kitty hates riding in a car.

Jessica was great! She responded to every message very quickly and always kept me up to date. This was the first time I used Rover and had a wonderful experience with Jessica as my sitter. For every visit Jessica sent me pictures and let me know when she was going to arrive/leave my apartment. I highly recommend Jessica!

Katlyn was great with my elderly cat with some health issues. My cat, Sienna, is very finicky and very picky with what she eats. With her medical condition, Sienna needs consistent eating, drinking and bathroom routine. Katlyn was very detail oriented and very patient with Sienna. Katlyn knows exactly what elderly pets need. I love reading her report after every visit. They are very detailed and the observed anecdotes of Sienna's behavior is very much appreciated. Sienna is very picky about strangers but she gets along great with Katlyn from the very first day. Katlyn treated Sienna like she was her own cat. Katlyn is also very transparent about her schedule and availability, which is very much appreciated as well. I can't recommend Katlyn enough and I look forward to having her visit Sienna again.

Diana was fantastic! She checked in on my cat while I was out of town for a week. I received loads of pictures and messages during her visits. I will absolutely check to make sure Diana is available the next time I book a trip!!!

Liz was the best! After having another sitter cancel on me at the last minute, Liz agreed to drop in on my cats twice a day for a week. She was punctual for every single visit which helped reduce my cats stress levels and they were well taken care of! I would absolutely book Liz again.
