This was our first experience leaving our dogs at home with a visiting sitter and we were both nervous — especially since our little dog Abby Fruit Bat had only recently recovered from a serious GI illness. Marian wowed us and won our confidence from the moment we met. She struck us as down-to-earth, direct, and intuitive and our dogs responded in kind. Marian understood our dogs’ issues: Abby needed to be watched carefully during walks — her illness was triggered by something bad she ate outside. And her experience with dogs of all sizes made us feel confident that she could handle Phoebe’s separation anxiety and fear-aggression around other dogs. While we were away, we were comforted by Marian’s daily check-ins, updates, and photographs. Marian responded to questions with timely, patient replies. She never made me feel like I was pestering her, and her updates seemed honest with no sugar coating which helped cultivate a rapport of trust. I knew Phoebe would have a hard time adjusting to our absence, but Marian assured us she would give our girl extra love and attention, and even seemed to enjoy the challenge of working with her. We couldn’t recommend Marian more and look forward to working with her again.

Ryan was a great sitter for my two cats! It was reassuring to have someone reliable and experienced in pet cat to watch them. Would definitely hire him again!
