Always very comfortable leaving Lucie in Peg’s care. She is great about sharing updates and photos and Lucie seems very content in her care. Will definitely use again!

She truly cares about animals and their well being. She is reliable, trustworthy and goes above and beyond. I had peace of mind my dog was being well cared for and could concentrate on the matters at hand. My dog enjoyed his time there and that means everything to me.

Bryce was an amazing sitter and I felt completely comfortable with her watching our 1.5 year old dog. She is very organized and was very communicative sending multiple photos and texts a day. We’re definitely booking her again.

Megan took great care of my dog who can be quite the diva. Her sons also were great helpers. She sent a lot of cute photos. My dog has sensitive tummy issues and Megan followed her rather intense food sensitivities perfectly. Thank you!!

I wasn't able to meet Genna but her boyfriend was kind and comfortable answering my questions. They provided my dog with a quiet environment during his stay knowing he was slow to warm up to new people, animals, and places. I was informed his medicine was provided as scheduled. She sent pictures and updates throughout the weekend! I appreciated her open communication and willingness to accommodate my dogs needs!

Victoria was fantastic! She was incredibly sweet and accommodating to my Penny’s needs, as Penny has some general anxiety in new settings. Victoria was patient and kind, as well as super informative about Pennys behavior/eating habits/etc during her stay, and I knew penny was in great hands. Looks like we found our official boarder and will most definitely refer to Victoria for future boarding needs ☺️ thank you!

Our guy Prince absolutely is in mad love with Maria. She is far more than a Representative of Rover. My pet thinks of her as a second mom. He has so much fun and hesitates leaving to come home with me. That makes us feel so comfortable with Maria. You will not regret any decision to use her for your needs.

Stephanie was great. I was a first time Rover dog mom seeking overnight care so that I could go to a concert at Lake Chautauqua. I live in CT so this was a first time long distance experience. Stephanie quelled all my concerns. We had our two little girls stay with Stephanie for one night. She texted and sent pictures throughout the stay and kept me posted. We spoke before the reservation was booked. My girls enjoyed the fenced in area. Stephanie is a wonderful communicator, understands “dog moms and dads” and made my girls comfortable. My Dolly girl slept on Stephanie’s lap and she doesn’t do that with many! The fenced yard is secure and Stephanie stays with the dogs while they are outside. It was a great experience for both me and my husband as well as for Dolly and Caraline. Eight paws up!??

Brandon was so kind to both us and Gigi. I would trust Gigi with them again the next time we bring our dog to Erie.

This was our very first experience using Rover and leaving our sweet Mabel with a non family member. We knew from the initial meet and greet that not only would Mabel be taken care of , but she would be treated as part of the family. Mary goes above and beyond to make sure that her she knows as much about your pet as possible to make the stay as smooth and stress free for everyone. Mabel’s schedule was maintained throughout her stay and our daily pictures proved she was very much enjoying her surroundings and company! Knowing that we could relax while out of town was such a gift to us. We are so very thankful for the care Mabel received and will definitely continue to use Mary for any future visits
