Cat Sitting in Penfield

Heather was terrific and very communicative, sent lots of photos and kept us updated on one cat who was feeling a little anxious/yucky. Heather clearly loves and understands cats, we were so glad to find her and will definitely hire again!

Christel was amazing and took such good care of my cat while I was traveling. Sent multiple photos every day and clearly gave my kitty the attention he needed while I was away. She was also able to accommodate a last minute booking when his reservation at a boarding facility fell through so I’m incredibly grateful. You will not regret booking with her!

Cece is very sweet. She followed all of my directions and took care of our kittens while we were briefly out of town. She also managed to impress our one kitten who is apprehensive of strangers. She sent pictures which we greatly appreciated. Thank you again!

Helena was absolutely amazing. My cat is basically another family member and this was our first time having someone who wasn't a family member watch her. Helena took the time to meet us beforehand, stayed in constant communication during the visit, and even helped bring in our mail. She made our vacation so much better knowing that Taco, my cat, was in good hands!

Brianna was amazing! Despite my extremely shy kitties, she made sure to communicate every day (and send photos of them running away haha). Everything I asked was taken care of and we came home to very happy boys. I would definitely recommend Brianna to anyone in need of a pet sitter!

Mike was phenomenal! To start, he came to meet the cats and learn all about them before booking. Allowing us all to feel at ease for the duration of these services. He also picked up the keys close to our trip which made the transfer very easy. Each day we were away, Mike would send us plenty of pictures and updates. He really cared about our fur babies in our absence. Upon our return, the keys were placed exactly where we discussed. The entire process was so easy and simple. Mike is a pleasure to work with, and he really cares. I would recommend him and would easily work with him again!

Raquel was very kind anf attentive to my two kitties - fed and played with them every visit. She maintained good communication and wanted to learn about my kitties’ needs and personality

Anne is fantastic! She made sure my kitty was well cared for and given plenty of attention while I was gone. She was very thorough in her updates and sent the cutest photos!!

Sarah took great care of our kitties while we were away, even cleaning up a small hairball/mess they had made! Her pictures were great and both kitties seemed to really like her!

It was our first time leaving, Daphne, our cat alone for a weekend and we were apprehensive in leaving her with a sitter. Patricia took the time to come to our house and meet Daphne. When it came time to leave for our trip Patricia made sure to send us a whole bunch of pictures of her and Daphne playing and having a good time. Patricia made our first experience using Rover effortless and made us feel comfortable while we enjoyed our weekend. We will be sure to check if Patricia is available next time we book a trip.
