Dog Boarding in Penfield

Christine took excellent care of our Mochi. We are so grateful for her and appreciate all the special care she gave to Mochi. We were able to relax on vacation knowing Mochi was having fun too! We will be booking again soon! Thanks Christine!

Pepe and Paco were so happy at Alex and Lana’s house. They sent us pictures and videos everyday and took such good care of our dogs while we were traveling abroad. 100% recommended

First time boarding Harper and couldn't have been happier. Tim and Alley were responsive, maintained excellent communication and flexibility with my Wife and Me and shared great photos of Harper with their baby and dogs. We definitely plan on booking another sitting with Tim and Alley in the future.

Kevin took great care of our Hercules while we were away. Although our dog had anxiety the first night Kevin helped him warm up fast. Great booking experience as well, we would book him again and again!

Cece and Maple were amazing !! They took great care of Kai and were super communicative & flexible. I appreciated the proactive dog introduction that made for a smooth transition.

Cheddar had the BEST with Sam & Sam! She was definitely taken care of and well loved. She’s so excited to go back and hang with them again soon!

Lyly was amazing, hosting Kai on very short notice and taking great care of him! Her experience with dogs was evident from the start, and she was flexible with pickup & drop off. Incredibly grateful to have connected with her, and would recommend her to anyone in need !

Yuiko has cared for my pups twice. She's very trustworthy and my dogs love staying over. We had a family emergency and let me extent the stay a few nights.

Mel was amazing! I felt dodger was in great hands the whole time he was in her care. She gave constant updates and took him for long walks and to the dog park multiple times. Also she took AMAZING quality photos of dodger?? Like professional, expert level photos; dodger was a model 🤩. I will be making one my phone background haha. And to top everything off she even offered to pick me up from the train station and drop dodger and I home when my Ubers kept cancelling 😭. A rare gem of a human- would 100% recommend her!! And I will be telling family and friends to book with her as well :).

Took time for an initial phone call and then a meet and greet. Her dog is super sweet and got along well with mine. Sent photos and very responsive to texts. Will definitely book again!

I highly recommend Ashley for boarding and doggy daycare. I was able to book an extended stay with Ashley despite reaching out with only a few days notice. Ashley is very kind and, flexible and communicative. I was provided with several daily photos of our pup looking so happy and having a blast. I would use their service again! :)

Diana is AWESOME!!! We love love love her confidence and calm demeanor. She took everything in and took perfect care of our sweet beagle while we were away at the beach. We got updates every day and the communication in general was top notch. We will be using her again and again. <3

We would like to think that no one can provide the same level of loving care to our pets that we can provide. That was up to the time that I met Chrissy O and her daughter. They cared for Mia like Mia was theirs. They not only watched her making sure she was feed, walked, etc. They interacted with Mia ensuring that she was having a good time, she had a place where she could watch the neighborhood activity, two types of grass to choose from: turf or grass, her choice of lodging. multiple pictures and videos sent daily showing Mia. Mia was the one actually on vacation. I really appreciated the care that was shown to Mia and the efforts Chrissy in letting us know that Mia and her were having a good time. Highly recommend Chrissy O.

Nicole saved us, as a previous arrangement had fallen through. She responded almost immediately to our request and couldn't have made pick-up or drop-off any easier. The dogs had a blast and she kept us up to date on all their weekend shenanigans. Would definitely recommend her to anyone that's looking for a caring home while traveling.

Joel did a wonderful job with our dog. We have an 8 month old boxer and it was his first time staying somewhere without us. Joel sent us pictures and we got back one tired pup. From what Joel told us it sounds like his dog and ours played together nonstop. we had a meet and greet ahead of time to make sure that the dogs would get along well. Joel made us feel incredibly comfortable leaving our dog with him and we would love to have him watch our dog again in the future.

Patty was an absolute angel she loved my dog like she was her own, I cannot thank her enough! Your fur baby is in excellent hands with Miss Patty, my dog absolutely loved her. Will most definitely book again!!

Jennifer's care of Leila and her communications with me were top notch. My dog was safe, healthy, and content and adoring of Jennifer and her family. I hope Jennifer is available the next time we need to board when we visit the area again.

We had to book last minute and Jonathan was so accommodating! Easy drop off and pick up and we receieved photos and updates often. Will definitely book again in the future!

What would we do without David? He has watched our Lucy a number of times for extended lengths of stay. Our girl is always happy to see Dave and we have confidence in knowing that, in our absence, she is cared for and loved!

Madeline was wonderful with my little one. It was the first time we left him with someone, and we were very happy with the care he received. She sent frequent (and adorable updates), communicated well, and was very flexible. I've already recommended her to fellow dog owners and will definitely work with her again.
