Mike was phenomenal! To start, he came to meet the cats and learn all about them before booking. Allowing us all to feel at ease for the duration of these services. He also picked up the keys close to our trip which made the transfer very easy. Each day we were away, Mike would send us plenty of pictures and updates. He really cared about our fur babies in our absence. Upon our return, the keys were placed exactly where we discussed. The entire process was so easy and simple. Mike is a pleasure to work with, and he really cares. I would recommend him and would easily work with him again!

Sami did a great job sitting Bella! I could tell Bella took a real liking to Sami from the cute pics she sent me. It put me at ease to have Sami sit Bella. Sami was communicative, responsive, responsible and punctual. I really appreciated her enthusiasm for wanting to sit Bella and set up a meet and greet when initially contacted. Mike did a great job looking after our cat. She had never been home alone for an extended period, and Mike went above and beyond during his visits to play and giver her plenty of TLC in addition to making sure food, water, and litter were good to go.

Briana did an excellent job of looking after our cat while we were away. She checked in each day with photos and updates. This put our mind at ease while we were on vacation. We will be using Briana in the future for our pet sitting needs!

My partner and I recently moved to a new neighborhood and decided to try Rover for the first time to meet new petsitters. Riley came over to meet our cat Lenny and was very kind and present. She responded quickly to any questions leading up to the visit. While we were away, Riley checked in during/after each visit, sharing updates and photos. We're looking forward to booking with Riley again!
