John was fantastic- very responsive and kept us updated with pictures and messages while we were out of town. Our old girl was well taken care of. Would definitely use him again.

She goes above and beyond, always taking pictures of my cat while she's there and giving detailed updates about his mood and activity while I'm gone. Rachel was fantastic with my cat and bird! Well cared for. Cat was brushed daily, and played with toys. My parrot enjoyed attention too with head scratches and treats. She was also willing to adjust the schedule to accommodate my travel times. I would definitely recommend Rachel.
