Kim has been absolutely wonderful with Poe! She came to our home for walks and was prompt, professional, and kind. Most importantly, Poe loved her right away—which says everything! I appreciated the thoughtful updates and could tell Poe was in great hands. It's such a relief to have someone so trustworthy and caring. First time using Rover app, Katryna was wonderful with my dog. Sent me a photo and made me feel comfortable with her taking him. She seems like a lovely person. Will definitely use her again in the future.

Ian was polite, attentive, and courteous. Our normal sitter was unavailable, so we hired Ian to stop in and check on our cats while we were gone over Christmas. He was on time for our meet-and-greet and followed all our instructions. We'd definitely use him again if we need a sitter!

Emily was so good with our kitten and our cat! She followed the care instructions exactly and even brought in mail and packages for us while we were away. She sent lots of pictures and updates which made us feel comfortable that they were well cared for. Would definitely rebook! 😊

Val did a great job caring for our senior kitty! She visited him each morning, and didn’t just take care of his “food and box.” She played with him and had him engaging in toys and games he hasn’t enjoyed in a while. I will definitely contact Val first the next time we need a pet sitter!
