Alicia took great care of my cat. I was concerned bc this was the first time she was going to stay home totally alone, without her dog sister and us, but Alicia was able to get her to come by to say hello to her, she ate well and I got nice happy daily pictures. Alicia kept her water bowls clean and full, and the litterbox changed. Everything went very well. I’d be happy to call her again if needed.

Had trouble with our keys, called me, and persevered while we solved the problem. Kudos for hanging in there and taking the extra time to perform her service.

This was our first time using Rover, and Fran really eased our minds. She came for a meet and greet prior to our vacation, and we immediately knew our 3 cats would be extremely well cared for in our absence. She texted us with questions, updates, and pics. She followed our instructions for medication, special diets, and timed-feedings. She is a super nice person, and will take care of your pets as her own. We definitely recommend her services and plan on requesting her again the next time we go away.

Shilesky is so delightful for watching over my Axie when I go out of town. She is patient with his "moods" and takes care of him well. Thank you!

Dane and Kayla were just the nicest people! They took such great care of my cat and sent me pictures and updates regularly. He has a couple medications he has to take daily and they took it on no problem! I would be happy to have them take care of Paul again(:
