Highly recommend Kiah - she is fantastic! My chocolate lab, Lucy, is very anxious and we recently relocated, which only added to her stress. On the initial meet and greet, Lucy was more anxious than usual, but Kiah handled it so well and was very calm and caring towards Lucy. Communication was great - I got regular updates with photos. I could tell in the photos Kiah had earned Lucy’s trust - she looked very calm and relaxed. Thank you Kiah!
Jessica is such a great communicator, and as someone who used Rover for the first time AND left my 4 month old puppy alone for the first time, this was an extra step that gave me so much reassurance. She was also incredibly flexible with her schedule, which helped a lot as we needed services to attend a wedding and we aren’t from Pennsylvania. I couldn’t thank her enough!
