While we were away, Rhea went above and beyond to make sure our pup felt comfortable and loved. She sent thoughtful daily updates with photos and notes that showed how much attention she was paying to her routines, quirks, and moods. We could truly relax knowing she was in her care. When we returned, our dog was happy, calm, and clearly had an amazing time. The house was spotless, everything was just as we left it (if not better), and it was obvious Rhea treated our home and our pet with the utmost respect. If you’re looking for someone who combines professionalism with genuine heart — someone who treats your dog like family — Rhea is the one. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

Morgan was wonderful! Lucky is an older dog and needs a little more TLC. Schnitzel is younger and very energenic. They both looked happy and relaxed when I got home. Si Yeon was absolutely lovely. Our cat doesn't need much, but does need a good bit of company and Si Yeon spent time playing with him and cuddling him while we were away. The box, water bowl, and food dish were all immaculate. I also managed to botch the Rover.com schedule initially and Si Yeon was very sweet and flexible and was able to accommodate our needs even last minute. Would highly recommend!

Natalie was great. She was really professional at the meet and greet. Really focused on our dog and how to take care of him while we were away. This was our first time using a service like this. So we were a bit nervous, but after meeting Natalie we knew that she was going to take care of our old dog. We plan on using Natalie again in the future and I would recommend her to anyone.

Best dog caregiver I've ever had for my pup. My pup loves Emily so much!!! Not many people can make my dog tired, but oh man Emily can! It is nice to come home to a sleepy pup that usually is FULL of endless amounts of energy. Emily does a great job of loving my pup like I would, takes her on nice long walks, and obviously tires my doggo out with a decent amount of play time.
