Katlyn is the best! Going through this process on Rover for the first time was a breeze with her. She responds quickly to messages. She sent me a note with wonderful things to say about my cat. I received a video from her and 10 pictures from her visit. My cat was clearly happy, rolling on his back while she pet him. His needs were completely taken care of and I will definitely use Katlyn in the future!
Stacey was great sent emails twice daily with pictures the house was clean the same way we left it. Our pets were in great shape, I recommend Stacey highly.
