I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter for my two kitties Chase and Mulan. Paul accepted the request very quickly because we had an international trip in two days. He quickly went to our house to learn how to use our cat's litter robots, feeder, etc. He is gentle, patient and amazing with our kitties. He always goes the extra mile to better take care of them. He played with our kitties, sent updates and photos, and even helped us with cat-related issues while we were away. His care made us feel at peace! Leaving our cats is difficult as it is, but knowing Michelle and her husband were taking such wonderful care of our 4 cats gave us such peace of mind. The cats all loved Michelle and her husband as soon as they met and that's the best sign! I love all the pictures and notes, keeping us informed on our furbabies. Heather is amazing! This is her second time with our boys and just like the last time she dropped in for a few days it went very smoothly. Heather is attentive, patient, and kind with us and our boys. She is excellent with our behavioral dog, which gives us peace of mind when we are away from home.
