Kerry was very pleasant to work with. She was professional and on time for her visits and did a great job. It was comforting knowing she was there to care for my cats while I was away.

This was our 2nd timing hiring Christian to care for our 18 year old cat who needs subcutaneous fluids a few times a week, plus needs a pill, food, water, etc. He also fed and watered our non-high maintenance 3 year old cat. Christian was prompt, gentle and professional, but was firm and confident in administering subcutaneous fluids (as you'd expect from a professional vet tech). We are thrilled that it worked out so well and we'll definitely hire Christian again.

Autumn was AMAZING! I highly recommend her! I am a crazy cat lady and have never used Rover before or had anyone other than family take care of my two cats while I have been away. This trip I needed someone last minute and she was so helpful and made the process so easy. I totally felt comfortable leaving them in her care and she did an incredible job communicating with me and taking great care of them! Gwen took excellent care of my 16 year old cat Polly while we were away. Polly is a sensitive cat and it can take some time for her to warm up to new people. Gwen had no problem giving Polly her liquid oral meds in our absence. I was able to have peace of mind during my vacation knowing Polly was in good hands.

Our cat has fallen in love with John! She is normally very shy but he immediately won her over. He is very polite, friendly, and professional. This is the second time we schedule the in-house visits with him and we are so happy to have found the perfect person to take care of our little one.
