We absolutely love Jaclyn. She responded quickly when I was in a bind & has been nothing but flexible, professional, & downright lovely since. Our pup, who can be an absolute handful, seriously loves her. I cannot recommend her enough. :)

Anna was simply the best with our three cats. I booked her just two days prior to a trip overseas when our regular cat sitter canceled at the last minute. She came the day we left for our trip to meet us and our cats. Two of our cats are quite shy around new people, including the one cat needing to take medication twice daily. Anna provided us with pictures for each visit as well as a short note about them. We were initially hesitant as we never used a formal service before. Anna was wonderful and patient with our cats and they quickly warmed up to her. The pictures she shared warmed our hearts and we looked forward to her note and pictures every day. Amanda was wonderful to help me out at the last minute. She fed Christy and I had peace of mind since this was short notice. Christy is a "scaredy-cat" and hides and it was really sweet when she said she couldn't love on Christy. Would hire hire back in a minute.

Meghan took great care of my cats and gave me consistent updates. She spent good time with them as well, once I got home my one cat was like, " Dad, we need to talk, this is when we play each day and you make me chase the hairy tail looking toy thing".

Rachael responds promptly to my request when we need a visit for our dog Arlo. She is on time for visits and sends wonderful photos of our boy. Best of all he loves spending time with her!
