Brianna was so so great! Even with how late I made my booking, she was accommodating and sweet, and while I was away, she went above and beyond. Jake did a wonderful job dropping in and caring for my 2 cats. We came home to very tidy eating and litter box areas. My family really enjoyed receiving regular updates and Pics (nice touch). Also, Jake was very professional [took notes] and knew all the right questions to ask during our meet and greet, which was great as I am new to Rover. He made us feel at ease about the entire process. I highly recommend Jake if you are in need of a pet sitter.
