Excellent with my dogs sent pictures of two tired pups! She goes above and beyond making sure my puppy has fresh puppy pad and blanket in his crate!

Alyssa is always so great! She is very flexible, is a good communicator, and always gives her best service. I hired her to watch over my calico for a week during the holidays and she was amazing, and also left a wonderful gift afterwards! I would definitely recommend her and book her again.

Saul has been the most incredible cat-sitter for our baby, Kai! At the last second, before taking an impromptu trip, Saul responded within minutes and ensured me that he would be there to offer the best care possible for Kai. His adorable photos of Kai and detailed summaries of his visits left my partner and me feeling reassured and supported while we were away. Saul is an extremely responsive, comprehensive, and thoughtful care-taker! We could not have asked for anyone better and will definitely be reaching out to him again in the future.

If any of my local friends are looking for a trustworthy and reliable dog-sitter, I can't recommend Serena at Rover highly enough. She can watch your dogs in your home or hers (she lives in Port Clinton) or do drop in visits for meals, bathroom, etc. Serena came up three times a day, at exactly the time we wanted her to, and interacted with the pups for a half hour each visit. At the end of every visit, she sent pictures of the dogs with a note about what they did, and let us know if there was anything out of the ordinary. This is the first time I've used Rover or Serena for an extended period (we had previously had her come up for a day) and I can't describe how great the peace of mind was, knowing our dogs were in good hands. I didn't have to keep checking the Ring doorbell camera to see if the old sitter was going to be on time, or two hours late. I'm sure you've all heard (maybe even have) stories of unreliable or dishonest pet-sitters. I have. I am so glad we made the switch to Serena with Rover so that's no longer an issue. We'll be using her again for sure!
