So personable and understanding! He took great care with my cats and they even became friendly with him (and my cats are not fond of strangers lol).

Anne was absolutely wonderful! She was very communicative, thoughtful, and clearly great with cats. She followed all instructions carefully, sent detailed updates and photos, and double-checked that both cats were safely inside before leaving, which I really appreciated. Liam was extraordinary with my cat! He was an excellent communicator, gave me regular updates, followed all the necessary instructions (ie: diet, water, and also the antibiotic medications she needed to take). He was also really accommodating to my schedule for the pickup & drop off, which was really helpful during this current weather! Jae was a great sitter to our cat Tommy! She actively communicated with us prior to and during the drop in. She also sent a few pictures and videos that we greatly appreciated while away from home. Though our kitty is very shy, Jae made an effort to play with him to get some energy out during her drop in. Would definitely look to book her again!
