Dog Boarding in Tarentum

I had to go out of the country for two weeks and I was worried about my dog. My dog was very friendly with people but he didn’t have experience living with other dogs. So he would be stressed out if left out with other dogs without much human interaction. I tried to find a place for my dog thats is more like a home. I found Polly’s place to be the best for my dog. She really took very good care of him. She also sent me regular updates with pictures of him. I am so happy to see that he was happy and healthy when I went to pick him up after two weeks. I would definitely recommend Polly. She loves dog and knows how to take care of dogs that are sensitive and need human interaction.

Daniela was great! Very accommodating to my schedule and did a fantastic job with my very energetic dog, Benji. I would highly recommend Daniela to anyone looking for any overnight boarding.

Maria and her husband Tony were great for my two little dogs. Each day they kept me updated with texts and pictures of what my pups were up to. They made me feel very comfortable leaving my dogs with them and their pups. I will gladly use them again in the future!

Regina was so great! She was so accommodating and George did really well with her! I was super nervous about leaving him with someone new since he can get some separation anxiety but her other dogs are super friendly and he warmed right up to her! Definitely would recommend her if you need a caring person to take care of your fur baby!

Beatriz was great!! She really cares about dogs, and I felt very comfortable leaving Murphy with her. She was quick to respond to my request, easy to schedule with, and took great care of Murphy! She even made him a little bandana! I think he enjoyed playing with Nube and the other pups too. If I am in the area again, I will definitely ask Beatriz to dogsit again!

Claire was a great host for our dog! He had a great time and she kept us up to date on all their activities. We will definitely trust her again!

Krista provided excellent care for my two pups. I forgot to tell her that the one that is on antibiotics needs to have food with her pills or will get an upset tummy. When India threw up (on her bed no less! 🤦‍♀️) because she’s a very picky eater. Krista knew exactly what to do and gave her pumpkin and rice with her meals (after communicating with me, of course). My dogs were happy and safe. I will definitely be using Krista again!

Coralee and her family were wonderful with our dogs, who came home happy and calm. She was loving, knowledgeable and attentive. We appreciated the communication and care that was taken; we couldn't be happier, and hope to be able to leave our crazy beagles with her again.

I have a two month old puppy and this is the first time that I hired Carrol to watch over her for a week at her place. I think she did an excellent job she sent pictures and videos every day of my dog and I think she deserves a round of applause. I will not hesitate to use her again to watch my dog. She’s very good. She also has a gated backyard so the dogs can run around and I really like that. Please don’t hesitate to choose Carrol if you’re thinking about a dog sitter.

Jessica was wonderful with Hero! She is so loving and caring that he really enjoys going to her house. i am so lucky to have her in my neighborhood. She is flexible and has never let me down. Thanks Jessica!!

You (along with your dog ) will be very happy if you use Sharon to watch your dog. Sharon is wonderful. Her love of dogs is readily apparent. She is caring, responsible and works from home. Sharon’s home is immaculate and she has a huge fenced in yard for the dogs to be able to run. Her 2 small dogs were w fabulous playmates for my dog, Leo. Sharon sent photos and videos of Leo to me throughout my trip and I could tell he was happy and well cared for. As a former teacher, her communication skills are top notch. I was happy she suggested a meet and greet before our stay. I will definitely be using Sharon again when I go out of town. I recommend her highly.

Sarah has watched our two dogs over the holidays. She is a sweet lady, and my dogs instantly loved her. Here are some pros and cons: Pros: The dogs were naturally attracted to Sarah the moment they met her. There were no other dogs at the house, just one declawed peaceful cat. Sarah sent text updates. She also took the dogs on walks around the neighborhood. Cons. Sarah lives in a small apartment on second floor. There is no walk out fenced yard. The place was a bit cluttered.

Sophie loved her stay. We got lots of pictures of her on walks and playing. She even got to play with a Pittsburgh Steeler. So happy Adam was able to watch her and keep her entertained.

Becky was amazing! She sent daily texts and photos to help up feel comfortable. She made sure to exercise our dog daily and follow her routine! We will definitely use her services again!

We are so happy we found Gregory. He is very easy to text back and forth to make sure if there were any questions that need to be answered. Coco was not stressed at all and his dog Zora got along great with Coco. Zora is such a cutie! Gregory took Coco and Zora on many walks and he sent pictures to us every day to show Coco was doing well. We will definitely use Gregory in the future.

5 BIG Stars for Matthew! He was so kind and compassionate with our senior pups, and took great care of them while we were away. He sent great pictures, and the pups looked so relaxed. Baxter and Grace already miss you, Matthew! We all appreciate you, and will see you next time!

Amazing family of pet lovers! My senior dog loves their home and Ashley goes above and beyond - she loves him like her own. I never worry when he is with them and it's so nice for my little pup to have a home away from home.

Stacey was amazing with my Rottie. He is very stubborn and apprehensive about being away from me but took right away to Stacey, her family, and her home. She eased my fears with her knowledge, experience, and confidence, and with her readily texts and pics after I left him. She treated him like one of her own and he looked very happy and content in all of his pics (which is a HUGE deal for him with being apart from us)! I’m beyond relieved, happy, and grateful to her that I can now leave my boy with no fears, anxiety, and/or guilt!! Thanks, Stacey!!

Boone had such a great time at his overnight stay! Eric sent pics / videos throughout his stay! And he loved playing with Winston ! He slept all day and night when he got home from how tired out he was !! We have another trip to Eric’s booked already :)

Liz watched our Mable while we were away for a week and everything went great! Liz sent us pictures of Mable and it was obvious she was having a great time. :)
