From our meet & greet, we knew instantly Broderick was a real one. Broderick provided such excellent care to our cat while we were away. His Rover Cards were hilarious and informative. He was very in tune with vibing out how Pollo was feeling and would tailor his visits to his needs and mood. It was amazing to see a new friendship form via the update photos.
