Liv was great with Mr. Oats! This was our first time using Rover services and it was a great experience. Jana did a great job with looking after our cat, Sook. She was very accommodating with our cat, who suddenly and unexpectedly became unwell. She very kindly looked after him and cleaned up after him, and even came in for an extra visit on short notice when we were really concerned. She gave us lots of updates and pictures and became a real friend to our cat—it seems like he has truly bonded with her. We can’t thank Jana enough for her love and care for our cat!

Rachel was amazing with my two cats. She gave them plenty of love and made effort to make sure they were comfortable with her. They were very well taken care of, thank you Rachel!
