Beth was timely and responsive to my request for a catsitter for my 2 cats. I received texts pretty much right away. Which was wonderful because my regular sitter was unavailable so it was kind of an emergency. She was on time for her first meeting of the cats. My family and I felt she was responsible and reliable person at that meeting. She sent pictures and updates after each visit through the website. What a comfort! We would definitely use her services again!

Kim has been absolutely wonderful with Poe! She came to our home for walks and was prompt, professional, and kind. Most importantly, Poe loved her right away—which says everything! I appreciated the thoughtful updates and could tell Poe was in great hands. It's such a relief to have someone so trustworthy and caring. Elisa was the perfect choice to look after Rosie (11yo catto) for a few weeks when I was overseas. At our Meet and Greet, Rosie immediately came to say hi and Elisa got down on the floor with her, one of Rosie's favourite things. Elisa has a calm and sweet presence and obvious love for animals. She made sure to get all needed details for Rosie's care, and I felt complete peace of mind, knowing that Rosie was in capable hands. I got updates and multiple photos at every visit, and Elisa communicated with me if she needed to change the visit schedule. When I got home, I could tell Rosie had been well taken care of. I will definitely request to use Elisa again for Rosie! I can't recommend her highly enough!

Dawn is the consummate dog whisperer! She always made sure her drop in visits were physically and mentally stimulating for my puppy. Dawn’s very responsible, on-time and a great communicator. I feel so lucky to have found her.
