Rachel was fantastic. Entirely reliable. She sent tons of pictures of Callie while we were gone and completely followed through on all of our discussed arrangements. I highly recommend and will happily and gratefully call on her kindness and care again in the future.
Matt was punctual, communicative and engaging! He followed all of my care instructions and Duo a warmed up to him very quickly as I saw in the video he sent. I noticed he also refilled her water bowl with fresh water without being asked. Iād definitely book again with Matt!

This is the second time I have booked Hilary to watch my two cats for an extended vacation of 11 days. My cats are quirky and have their own specific needs and preferences which gives me a bit of anxiety when leaving them with someone for a while. Hilary has been just perfect both times. Not only does she cater to them just as they need, but she does so in a way without seeming burdened or stressed which really allows for a stress-free vacation away from our pets. She is a wonderful communicator and follows all directions thoroughly. I will always book with her.
the boys seem to like him and everything was done as I requested. they like to eat on time and he did very good with keeping them on schedule.
Shareem was wonderful with my senior cat, who can be a bit particular around new people. She was great at communicating and keeping me updated.
