Cat Sitting in West New Kensington

Mary was thorough and had good communication. 😸 I especially appreciate that she talked to my scared and hiding cat during her breakfast to try to earn her trust for the future. We give her 2 paws up! 🐾

Suzanna did a wonderful job taking care of Otis and Alfi! She noticed some blood in one of the cat’s stools and told me about it right away. She also handled a power outage which tripped the security alarm very responsibly. Thank you Suzanna!!

Sarah is incredible! Our cat is always a little hesitant to meet new people but warms up after a while and Sarah is so patient and sweet with our cat, they have become quick friends. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Jessica was great! She responded to every message very quickly and always kept me up to date. This was the first time I used Rover and had a wonderful experience with Jessica as my sitter. For every visit Jessica sent me pictures and let me know when she was going to arrive/leave my apartment. I highly recommend Jessica!

Becca was very communicative in both the booking process and after the visits. I felt like my kittens (who are scared of everything) were well taken care of.

William did an amazing job! My husband and I were very hesitant to have someone come into our home while we were gone, but we couldn’t be more pleased with the communication, caring manner and wonderful service that Willam provided for our sweet Easter. We got sent multiple pictures each visit and was provided with a very thorough review of each visit. Everything was in order when we returned home and there was even a nice note. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely re-book when the time comes.

Katlyn was great with my elderly cat with some health issues. My cat, Sienna, is very finicky and very picky with what she eats. With her medical condition, Sienna needs consistent eating, drinking and bathroom routine. Katlyn was very detail oriented and very patient with Sienna. Katlyn knows exactly what elderly pets need. I love reading her report after every visit. They are very detailed and the observed anecdotes of Sienna's behavior is very much appreciated. Sienna is very picky about strangers but she gets along great with Katlyn from the very first day. Katlyn treated Sienna like she was her own cat. Katlyn is also very transparent about her schedule and availability, which is very much appreciated as well. I can't recommend Katlyn enough and I look forward to having her visit Sienna again.

Our first experience with Rover. Natasha provided several texts with pictures during the week we were gone. She was professional & easy to work with. Her location near to ours was a plus as our kitty hates riding in a car.

Michaels the best! He’s helped us multiple times with overnight stays & quick drop ins. Our very selective dog & our shy cat both love him. He went above & beyond when we were away during a big snow storm & couldn’t get home to our pets. He cleared a pathway for our dog to go outside, cleared snow away from vents attached to our home & still managed to keep our pets active & exercised in the frigid temps. Everyone needs a Michael for their pets!
