Lisa K. was communicative, thorough, and professional throughout the whole experience. This was my first time using rover, and she made me feel extremely comfortable. I can't imagine finding a better, more compassionate and dedicated caregiver for our two cats. Always on time, committed real-time record keeping, and absolutely beautiful photographs of the cats. One of our cats is a little shy but Brian worked hard and was eventually able to connect, admittedly from a distance. We will always contact Brian as our first choice to cats for our animals. A great person. Super kind and accommodating. Our house was left very clean.

Alessandra is the ultimate Rover person! She just impressed us so much for our first time using Rover. We had to leave town for a few days for our wedding, and she took such good care of our two kitties. She followed all the instructions we left behind and went above and beyond for us. Katelyn sat for my cat Cosmo and I’m thankful that she was able to help out. Cosmo warmed up to her quickly and he was always happy to see her when she came. The photos she sent were a nice touch also. I’d be happy if she could sit for Cosmo again sometime in the future and I’m sure Cosmo wouldn’t mind either.

I feel so lucky to have found Rachael to check in on my two cats every day while I was away for 10 days. She’s super communicative and reliable and I would recommend to her anyone and be so happy to work with her again.
