Lots of great communication- so helpful to our feeling at ease while being away. Very positive, and addresses specific things we noted before leaving. Fun pictures of our pets, and useful pictures of other things of interest (eg mail). She’s great!

Rebekah is the best! I appreciate the attention and affection she gives to my sweet little guy. Knowing my little guy is so well cared for makes it easier to be away. Thank you!

Christina is always so wonderful to our cat. She is thorough & stays in contact to let us know how he’s doing. She is so trustworthy and always does a great job.

Kara is quick to respond, attentive and very professional! She took the time to meet lemmy before coming to check in on him while I was away. I loved receiving pics and updates on how he was doing!

Jade (Allie) was amazing with my cats! I had a short window to find a catsitter and Jade put me at ease with her caring and knowledge of cats. One of my kitties was just getting over a Uti and Jade was extremely diligent in checking on her and giving her meds. She gave me detailed updates and great videos and pictures each visit. I felt very confident in her care of my kitties and trusted her in my (new) home. Will definitely have her back. Highly recommend!

I am a first-time customer with Rover.com. I submitted a request for a petsitter to watch my cats while I was out of state. For six days (including Labor Day weekend), Sarah M. took excellent care of my “Little Ones”. During all ten visits, she went the extra mile and cleaned up the occasional fur balls (yuck🤢) and small-scale disasters my cats made. My cats took a liking to her and that doesn’t usually happen. That means there’s something special about Sarah M. She is thorough, meticulous, kind, considerate, and professional. I’ll gladly ask her to watch my pets again! Thank you, Sarah! Very polite, receptive, and friendly to our cat. Spent quality time and tended to all of the needs of our cat that we gave instructions for. Updates were detailed. Would recommend and will definitely book with again.

Tiffany did a wonderful job of caring for our 4 cats in our absence. Coming home from out of town was made very easy, it was like we hadn't left the cats at all! Punctual, communicative and caring. We will absolutely be trusting the care of our cats with Tiffany again someday!
