House Sitting in Woodcock Farm

Annie was loved by both dogs and cannot wait for her to come back and be with them. Of course they behaved better for her, than they do for me. We couldn't have gotten anyone better.

Matthew provided us with daily updates and was even able to get photos of Harrison (which isn't always easy because our cats hide when we're away).

Lila was great! Great rapport with my dog (he immediately felt comfortable around her). Communication was fluid, with updates. She took great care of my dog and my apartment; I recommend Lila without hesitation!

Libby was great taking care of my dog for the week and she even stayed an extra day to take care of my dog when my flight home was canceled, delaying my return home by a day.

Paz provided exceptional care for my two dogs. I was a bit nervous leaving them at home as we typically do boarding and one of my dogs gets anxious when I’m away from the house for longer periods. Both did wonderful at home with the care and attention from Paz. She provided frequent updates, lots of play and snuggle time, and left my home exactly how I left it. We cannot wait to have Paz back as our sitter!!

Laura was great with our two kitties when house sitting! Very responsive and communicative - and cute and funny photos of the girls.

Roxanne took wonderful care of our 13 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel while we were away for the week. At his age, with some health issues and being nearly deaf, he can be a bit fragile, but Roxanne handled everything like a pro. She was on top of his medication routine, including multiple pills and eye drops, and stayed perceptive and flexible to what he seemed to be needing at different times (snuggles, sleeping, playing, etc). She sent daily updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. We came home to a happy pup who clearly felt safe and comfortable with her - I even think he missed her! He kept looking around like, “Wait, where’s Roxanne?” On top of all that, the house looked great when we got back, and she even brought in the mail. We highly recommend Roxanne and plan to book with her again in the future!

Kai and Devon took care of our dog and cat while we were away. They did a great job. The dog and cat were well cared for and they also brought in mail and packages. We were very happy with Kai and Devon’s care of our pets annd house. We already booked them for another trip and would use them again in the future.

Angela was incredible!! We can’t wait to have her back to sit Zoey. I can’t say enough good things - she was very active with Zo and sent us constant updates. She was also extremely in tune with Zoey’s needs, quirks, etc! Can’t recommend her enough!

Samuel was an absolute life saver & the perfect man for the job! He was professional, friendly, very prompt with responses, and most important my dogs loved him & were not stressed at all while we were away. He seemed to calm down my high alert 3 year old dog almost immediately. A little background, my father In law passed weeks before my in laws were set to watch our dogs while my husband & I were in our best friends wedding in Florida (I was the MOH). We could not expect my mother in law to watch our two Male American Bully’s (6yr old/65lbs & 3yr old/90lbs) on top of everything else that was on her plate! We had contacted everyone we knew to search for help watching our dudes, and thought we were going to have to cancel our trip! A friend had mentioned Rover & I honestly looked as a last ditch effort. I saw Samuel’s hundreds of glowing reviews & all his return clients & sent him a message right away (meanwhile it was 9pm at night). He responded right away & set up a in home meeting two days later. We instantly had a great feeling about him, just by the way he carried himself & how comfortable our dogs were with him almost instantly! We shared with him that our 3year old had been feeling the stress of our family’s lose & had snapped on our older male (6yrs old) 2 weeks before. After spending time with them, he was not concerned about this, but already had a plan on how he would walk them or not introduce to other animals while on walks. Samuel did such an amazing job with our fur babies for the week we were gone! Our dudes are big guys & loved having a strong guy taking such great care of them! We came home to two dogs that were happy & calm & not stressed at all (after staying with a man they essentially just met one time, two weeks before)!! We have been searching for almost a year (after moving back home from CO) for the right dog sitter for our dudes. Our search is over!!! Sam is the man! We are so grateful to have found him & will 100% be using his services for this point on!! We can not thank Sam enough! Many would have turned down our case due to the fight we mentioned. Sam not only stepped up to the plate, but I believe kept them calm & comfortable during a stressful time in their lives too!

Miya was terrific with our Jack Russell Terriers! They ate well while she was there, are in great shape and good spirits after their time with her. She also took great care of our home, staying with them overnight. We will certainly ask her to take care of them in the future!
