Dog Boarding in Woodhouse

Christina and her husband are amazing!! They were very accommodating and treated our dogs like part of the family. I received numerous pictures and updates and was so very grateful for all that they did. I highly recommend Christina and Ian!!

I never imagined I would find a sitter for my Bo (miniature schnauzer) like Mary! She was all that I ever dreamed of and more! I am currently in the process of moving to North Carolina. My Bo has been staying with family in NC when I'm away, but we all had a week long vacation planned which left me either canceling or finding a place to board my pup. I'm NOT fan of boarding where they lock him inside a kennel all day/night. A family friend referred me to Mary, and Mary was willing to allow myself and Bo visit her "camp" before his scheduled stay. I knew instantly that Mary was probably going to treat my Bo even better than I do! He had full reign of her home inside/out! There was tons of fun offered, and he was introduced to sharing and playing with other dogs which he does not have available at home. Mary also kept me up to date all day, everyday by sending me photos, videos and messages via text. This made my vacation so much more relaxing because I didn't have to worry about my Bo. He was well taken care of! Will definitely be allowing Mary to keep my Bo in the future, and I definitely recommend her to anyone needing a sitter!

This was our dog's third stay with Steve and Patty. They are great caregivers and she enjoys being with them and playing with the carefully screened dogs they have for doggie daycare and boarding. She is happy to visit them and happy to see us but not stressed when we pick her up. On her last visit she was limping a bit one day and Steve and Patty called to discuss it, and let her sleep in their bedroom overnight to keep an eye on her and not add possible stress by confining her to the crate overnight. (She was fine the next day). Steve and Patty are knowledgeable and caring.

She is amazing! She sent me pictures the whole visit and even took him earlier than expected.

Glenn was amazing with our boy patches! Patches had a ball and playmates to play with. Glenn was responsive and sent pictures and updates regularly but not tooo often. It was perfect wpuld highly recommend and will book again with glenn when needed!

This was my first time using rover.com. So, I was worried about leaving Lily with a stranger. My worries ended the first night Lily was in Chrisie’s home. Chrisie sent me texts and pictures showing me Lily was in good hands with Chrisie.

Dana is wonderful with my dog, he’s an energetic lab and he had a great weekend stay with Dana. It’s such a relief to know he’s in good hands when he is not with us. Thank you Dana!

Our dog being a COVID pup, was never boarded or properly socialized, so she was a little shy and anxious when left alone or with others. Cheyenne and her husband took care of Andy like their own. Andy seemed happy and had adventures at the dog park and walks. Cheyenne sent us pictures and assured us that Andy was being taken care of. We will definitely board our dog with Cheyenne in the future!!

Tayanna was a great sitter!! She really came through for my last minute booking, if not for her idk what we would have done. She watched my pup Bel-Ayr overnight, which he has never done before. The drop-off was very smooth, he was a little nervous but she took him for a little walk right away to distract him! Throughout his stay she sent multiple pics and videos, giving little updates of how he was doing. Which I loved because it was my first time as well so it gave me peace of mind. If ever back in the area she will be our sitter! Overall it was a great experience for us and I definitely would recommend Tayanna to anyone currently looking.

We have used Karen and Donald multiple times because we feel the dogs get a vacation too! We know they will be well taken care of and also have a great time. K & D send plenty of pictures of updates. It’s clear the dogs get plenty of attention. It’s also a bonus that the dogs are so tired from all the fun when we get back to give us a chance to get back to our routine!

Landry did amazing with my pup. I felt comfortable with her the whole time. When my plans changed Landry adjusted and provided the best service.

This was our first ever Rover experience and it definitely was everything we could have ever hoped for. Kerri is a great communicator and was super flexible. Based on our text conversations I had confidence this was going to be a good match. She sent us some updates, videos and pictures. Not a ton but very appropriate. She spoiled Beasley for 2 days straight. When we picked her up, she wasn't all that eager to leave. That is always a good sign!! I would recommend Kerri hands down and will definitely be using her again. My experience could not have been better and my expectations were exceeded. Five stars is definitely too few...she's a 10! Thank you Kerri for loving on Beasley when I couldn't!!

This is the second time Helayna has taken care of cherry, and she does a great job. I feel so much more secure leaving my girl with someone who really loves and cares for dogs!

Terry went above and BEYOND for me and my dog! I couldn’t recommend her more. My dog has some special needs and Terry not only made sure he was properly cared for but did everything in her power to make sure he was as comfortable as he could be without me. It was my first time leaving my dog with a sitter outside of the family and had zero issues and no worries at all. And I owe that all to, Terry!

Amber was great with our dog and kept in touch with pictures and videos. Would definitely book with again! Thanks Amber!
