Jackie was great and so easy to work with! It was my first time using Rover and I booked pretty last minute but Jackie got back to me really quickly and answered all the questions I had. She made handling logistics incredibly seamless and her updates on my cat were enthusiastic and fun to read. They painted the picture that he was ok and cared for in my absence. I would definitely rebook with Jackie!

Another pet sitting by Bryce that was worry free and wonderful. Bryce was able to help at the last minute and it was evident he would take all the time and commitment needed to ensure good pet care. Can't say enough about how great Bryce is and it's reassuring to know our furry family member was in good hands and well cared for with Bryce.

Amy did a fantastic job of bonding with Archie and Tommy while I was out of town. Not only was she extremely reliable with her arrival and departure times, but she spent time playing with them and sending videos, not just photos. I highly recommend Amy, and I will be booking with her again soon.
