Yuhan answered my request immediately and helped me through the booking process when I was confused:) She did a great job with me senior dog and I was so grateful for her help!

She followed directions well. She was kind and compassionate towards our dog. She was prompt, stayed the whole time, and spoiled Leo. She gave a detailed report and lots of great photos. She navigated a difficult situation with our dog and we are super grateful. Can't wait to book again!

From our perspective, Ryan's greatest asset is that he communicates well with the client in terms of establishing expectations. This was the case as related to logistics, the timing of scheduled walks and report-outs on the walks. We would definitely use him again.
