From our perspective, Ryan's greatest asset is that he communicates well with the client in terms of establishing expectations. This was the case as related to logistics, the timing of scheduled walks and report-outs on the walks. We would definitely use him again.

We’re so grateful to Carolyn for stepping in on short notice while our regular walker was unavailable. She was kind, communicative, and very patient with our foster dog, who is still adjusting to new people and environments. Although he had a fearful reaction, she handled the situation calmly and respectfully, which we really appreciated. It was clear she has a great way with animals and a lot of compassion. Thank you again for being so understanding and giving it a try :)

Left previous review, but wanted to reaffirm how pleasant MaryEllen has been for us! On time every day, gives great reports, is patient as our pup gets acclimated to the new house, and gives a lot of time if she won’t be able to come on some day.

Raeshawn has been amazing with my Dads dog. Kingsley felt comfortable instantly and loves his long walks. Raeshawn is very professional and responsive.
