Kathryn was thorough, courteous and very communicative! When my Litter Robot wasn’t working properly, she was so kind to scoop the litter manually. I hope to hire her again in the future. Thanks, Kathryn!

Andres did a great job looking after my cat. I needed someone last minute and Andres helped me out in a pinch. He definitely seems to have a way with animals and I would hire him again without hesitation.

Cece is very sweet. She followed all of my directions and took care of our kittens while we were briefly out of town. She also managed to impress our one kitten who is apprehensive of strangers. She sent pictures which we greatly appreciated. Thank you again!

Madeline was reliable, efficient, caring, and respectful. She cleaned dishes my cats used without me asking, clean us the unexpected messes the cats made, and provided updates with pictures throughout the process. This was my first time using rover and I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience

I cannot leave high enough praise for Bryce. They were so communicative and took such initiative when it came to caring for my baby. My cat needs special care and they were more than up to the task, stopping by for a visit before the booking to make sure they understood what he needed and to establish a relationship with him. I was so nervous about leaving my cat with someone after his recent diagnosis, but Bryce assuaged my fears by frequently checking in, not only about their condition, but their energy levels, eating habits, etc. When I landed in the hospital the weekend before the booking and was freaking out about my cat's care, Bryce went above and beyond, taking on the booking several days earlier than scheduled so that I had someone. They also are so clearly a cat parent and lover themselves, so when things went awry (my cat is having issues using the bathroom box inside the litter box) they had wonderful advice about how to address the issue, and there was never any judgement or frustration expressed. All in all, they were kind, extremely generous, loving with my baby, and I would book them again and again (already have for future dates). Do yourself a favor and BOOK BRYCE.

Memorial Day Weekend (3 days) was the first time that I had been away from home and needed pet care for 3 pets from Wojciech. Like before, he has been very communicative to the needs and issues that may arrive with my pets. On this weekend, while miles away, he informed me that one of my pets (my bird) had taken ill. He took care of my bird as best that he could given that he had probably little prior bird experience, and he checked on my bird until I was able to return home to make the final care taking for my bird.

Anne was the best! Very communicative and beef loved her. I am in the market for new litter and she even gave me recommendations. Definitely will book again.

Did a great job pet sitting my two guinea pigs! Firstly she was willing to watch a non-typical pet and gave me updates throughout the time I was gone and sent pictures. I had left a fair amount of instructions and she followed them perfectly and was punctual. 100% would want to work with her again.
