Laura is awesome! It was our first time using Rover and it was priceless to be able to go away for 3 days and not have to worry about our 2 dogs. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heather. She took exceptional care of Fiona, who can be very anxious, and treated her with so much patience, gentleness, and understanding. I was blown away by the updates, photos, and the thoughtful attention to her routines and comfort. Heather even played calming dog music and wore calming pheromones! It gave me so much peace of mind knowing that Fiona was in such capable hands. When I came home, Fiona was calm, happy, and clearly well cared for—which is the biggest sign of all! I’m incredibly grateful and would absolutely recommend Heather to anyone looking for a truly caring and attentive sitter. Fiona and I are eager to have Heather pet sit again!
