House Sitting in Harrisville

Cassandra was very friendly and our dogs loved her right away. We shared our expectations before the trip, and although there were a couple of issues early on with keeping the house secured and sticking to our requested schedule, she responded quickly to our feedback and made the necessary adjustments. We came home to happy, healthy pups, and we appreciate her care!

Morgan was great! She was very responsive and a great communicator. Most importantly she was great with Buddy! I am grateful to have found someone local to help care for Buddy when I am away and I look forward to working with her again soon!

Bea loved spending the night with Madison! I loved all the photos she took and updates she provided throughout her time with Bea.

We hired isabel to stay in our home with our two elderly pups and she took amazing care of them. She was communicative and shared lots of photos. She was very respectful of our home and left it very clean.

One of my 2 cats is medically complicated with IBD. His prevention regimen requires great attention to detail. He’s also very nervous around new people. So I selected Heather bc of her vet tech background and her “no-fear” technique training. Heather did an overnight stay to start build rapport for an upcoming longer vacation. Much to my surprise, both cats took to Heather right away. Her fear reduction techniques worked well. I could not believe the chummy photos she was sending me on her first stay! Also there was an unexpected wrinkle in my cat’s normal regimen, and Heather handled it as I would have if I were home. I could rest easy. I also like how she confirms and repeats back instructions related to my complicated cat, bc the wrong move could set off a chain reaction of unpleasantries. I look forward to hiring her again for the vacation.

Kaitlyn was a huge help with my four pets for our first overnight after a big move. She was responsive and took lots of pet photos to reassure me that all was well.

Halle did an excellent job taking care of our pups for the day! She asked plenty of questions beforehand to get to know them, kept us updated with lots of pictures, and communicated throughout her entire stay. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Amy takes very good care of my two cats. She is very dedicated and dependable.

This was our first time using Rover and we were a little hesitate, our animals are like our children. Matthew was available the weekend we needed someone to stay the night at our home to watch our two senior Beagles and a senior Cat with renal failure. We did a meet and great prior to go over the instructions and some medications (some orally administered) our animals take. Matthew was very professional during the visit asking all the right questions and the boys seemed to like him a lot! During the stay Matthew sent photo updates (which were much appreciated) and let me know that dinner time went well so I didn't have to worry the remainder of our trip! If we need a sitter we will 100% be reaching out to Matthew again and will recommend him to neighbors and friends. He even brought in our Amazon packages!

Marissa was very friendly and our pups were very happy in her care! I have 2 very energetic pups and Marissa provided a calm environment for them to feel relaxed and loved while we were away 🙂
