Heath did a great job with our 5 cats. He sent a ton of pictures of them playing and at their meal time. Heath is a very trustworthy sitter and we would definitely use him again.

Kimiko was so great checking in on our golden retriever! She was right on time and we could tell our dog immediately liked her and felt comfortable. Kimiko shared great pictures and stuck to all instructions we provided. Would definitely book again!

Noah was great when we needed drop-in cat care for the weekend. So good to the kitty - caring and thorough, and great communication with us while we were away.

This is the second time Julia and Faith were checking on my sweet girl and she was extremely pleased when I came home. Thanks for all the updates when you were checking in on her!

As a reptile owner, it is near impossible to find a sitter who is comfortable with snakes, geckos, lizards, etc. Rich was experienced with reptiles and comfortable with all 19 of my animals, 17 of which are reptiles of various species, the other two being cats. While I'm used to their daily care, the number and types of animals could have easily been overwhelming to a sitter. From cleaning litter boxes, working the cat's weird automatic feeders, misting gecko enclosures, to feeding some bugs, and making fruit mix for others, Rich was fine with it all. He was even ok with how late I preferred the visits (our bedtime routine is anywhere from 12-2am). Of course while we were away, the reptile owner's worst nightmare happened: a storm knocked the power out in our home. My reptiles were without their regulated heat sources for over two days in cold weather. Rich went above and beyond; he offered extra visits to check on everyone, made use of the hand warmers I keep in case of emergencies like this, and used the gas stove to raise the temperature of the house (which luckily is very small) back to a comfortable temperature to get the reptiles through the crisis. Every one of them made it through just fine. As a fellow pet sitter, I have high expectations for myself that I also have for the people I need to watch my own zoo. Rich absolutely lived up to them! This was a big job for any pet sitter. And he even took care of some of my own clients' pups while I was away. Bravo!

Abby was great! She took great care of my cats and was very nice!

Friendly and solid. Knowledgeable about cats, and by the photos she sent they obviously enjoyed playing with her. First time with her, will not be the last. Also, her daughter also cares for pets via Rover. We felt at ease knowing she had coverage in the rare event of an emergency. As we have gotten older we think more about who is caring for the caregivers!

We are always happy to have Renee take care of our two shy kitties. She is always on time and very responsive with thorough updates and photos.
