Kimiko was so great checking in on our golden retriever! She was right on time and we could tell our dog immediately liked her and felt comfortable. Kimiko shared great pictures and stuck to all instructions we provided. Would definitely book again!

As a reptile owner, it is near impossible to find a sitter who is comfortable with snakes, geckos, lizards, etc. Rich was experienced with reptiles and comfortable with all 19 of my animals, 17 of which are reptiles of various species, the other two being cats. While I'm used to their daily care, the number and types of animals could have easily been overwhelming to a sitter. From cleaning litter boxes, working the cat's weird automatic feeders, misting gecko enclosures, to feeding some bugs, and making fruit mix for others, Rich was fine with it all. He was even ok with how late I preferred the visits (our bedtime routine is anywhere from 12-2am). Of course while we were away, the reptile owner's worst nightmare happened: a storm knocked the power out in our home. My reptiles were without their regulated heat sources for over two days in cold weather. Rich went above and beyond; he offered extra visits to check on everyone, made use of the hand warmers I keep in case of emergencies like this, and used the gas stove to raise the temperature of the house (which luckily is very small) back to a comfortable temperature to get the reptiles through the crisis. Every one of them made it through just fine. As a fellow pet sitter, I have high expectations for myself that I also have for the people I need to watch my own zoo. Rich absolutely lived up to them! This was a big job for any pet sitter. And he even took care of some of my own clients' pups while I was away. Bravo!

I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Kait. Backstory: I moved to New England this year with zero family connections and (as yet) few close friends. Kait came in after a family member of mine planning to travel in from the Midwest to house- / cat-sit had canceled on me at the last minute, and yet she was flexible enough for me & my darling kitty Seven for my two week trip out-of-country. I received daily updates & the cutest photos; as this was the longest I've been away from my fur-baby since she graced myself with her presence a mere 6 years ago, it was most appreciated!
