Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Johnston

I have two kittens and Noah dropped in on them for 11 days while I was away on vacation.I received a daily report which included general information and beautiful photos of my kittens. Every one of those days, he scooped the kitty box, refreshed the water bowls, made sure that they were eating properly following my suggestions, played with the kittens and groomed them when needed. What I liked the most about him aside from what I’ve already mentioned is that he’s a good listener, courteous , communicative and definitely a cat lover . I was certainly relieved knowing that he was thoroughly looking after the welfare of my kitties. It’s a no-brainer that I will hire Noah the next time I go out of town. I also want to give praise to the Rover company for providing and delivering a great service at affordable prices through the great pet lovers they associate themselves with like Noah.

Heath was great, very reliable and good with communication! My dog is extremely shy/timid with new people and Heath was very patient with her. I used Heath twice a week throughout the summer and will definitely book again as needed.

I had to leave on a last minute trip for 4 days, Danielle came by for a quick visit the day before to meet buddy and for us to go through things. She is great, friendly and asked good questions. You can tell she loves dogs and takes her dog sitting seriously. Being so new to Buddy, he was a bit timid the first day she picked him up and dropped him off at the house. She was able to get him to warm up to her and it was all smooth sailing from that point forward! I will be using her again with out a doubt, and will recommend her to my dog owning friends!

Brooke has been an excellent walker for my dog. She is always very responsive and when I get home I can see how well Sky (my dog) has been taken care of. I highly highly recommend her!

Helped us out once again! Even when it was a last minute request

As a reptile owner, it is near impossible to find a sitter who is comfortable with snakes, geckos, lizards, etc. Rich was experienced with reptiles and comfortable with all 19 of my animals, 17 of which are reptiles of various species, the other two being cats. While I'm used to their daily care, the number and types of animals could have easily been overwhelming to a sitter. From cleaning litter boxes, working the cat's weird automatic feeders, misting gecko enclosures, to feeding some bugs, and making fruit mix for others, Rich was fine with it all. He was even ok with how late I preferred the visits (our bedtime routine is anywhere from 12-2am). Of course while we were away, the reptile owner's worst nightmare happened: a storm knocked the power out in our home. My reptiles were without their regulated heat sources for over two days in cold weather. Rich went above and beyond; he offered extra visits to check on everyone, made use of the hand warmers I keep in case of emergencies like this, and used the gas stove to raise the temperature of the house (which luckily is very small) back to a comfortable temperature to get the reptiles through the crisis. Every one of them made it through just fine. As a fellow pet sitter, I have high expectations for myself that I also have for the people I need to watch my own zoo. Rich absolutely lived up to them! This was a big job for any pet sitter. And he even took care of some of my own clients' pups while I was away. Bravo!

Brittany was above and beyond! She helped me when I left an important item at home and as things came up when I went away, for which I was beyond thankful! Definitely going to reach out to her when I need someone to watch my cat again!

Madeline has been absolutely amazing with our puppies. They had a great time with her. She was so so respectful and helpful going beyond her tasks.
