She was so gentle and patient with my anxious dog and even came by for an extra meet and greet to help make my nervous dog feel more comfortable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heather. She took exceptional care of Fiona, who can be very anxious, and treated her with so much patience, gentleness, and understanding. I was blown away by the updates, photos, and the thoughtful attention to her routines and comfort. Heather even played calming dog music and wore calming pheromones! It gave me so much peace of mind knowing that Fiona was in such capable hands. When I came home, Fiona was calm, happy, and clearly well cared for—which is the biggest sign of all! I’m incredibly grateful and would absolutely recommend Heather to anyone looking for a truly caring and attentive sitter. Fiona and I are eager to have Heather pet sit again!

There are times when you find a person who clicks with our animal children. She is did just that. The level of compassion and caring cannot be overstated here. She cared for my dog like it was her own. I highly recommend. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Chelsea was very responsive and respectful! She was very helpful with Lincoln, and agreed to save us a lot of trouble by agreeing to make time to visit Lincoln over the busy Labor Day weekend. And most of all, Lincoln was well taken care of! We would definitely contact her again and would highly recommend to everyone out here :)
