Michelle is wonderful with our kitty, is an amazing communicator and has gone beyond expectations to be flexible with scheduling stuff - we book her whenever we go out of town!

This was my first time using Rover and Baeli made it overall a great experience. She was super helpful and communicative, I felt very comfortable leaving my fur babies in her care. Everyday she would send updates and even attach pictures of the cats, thanks to her I will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you Baeli!

Jayla was super flexible with scheduling the meet and greet and was very responsive to messages.

Very responsive and great with pictures and updates! Puts me at ease when I’m away from my little dude. Also very helpful with the house as it was dropping waaay below freezing outside and we were worried about freezing pipes!
