Emerson, who can be a bit shy with new people, warmed up to Danielle right away, and I knew she was in great hands. Danielle kept me updated with sweet photos and messages, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy my time away. We always have such peace of mind when we travel and have Michelle come to visit with the cats and check on the house. They are thrilled to see her and love to hang out with her while she's here to feed them and play. If something comes up that needs attending while she is at the house, Michelle is always happy to check on it or reach out to us with any questions. She communicates easily and responsibly so if we have a concern on our end or have forgotten something, we know we can always reach out to her. Other than that, she is just delightful to work and extremely responsible and we feel confident and comfortable having her look after our kitties and our home!
