Very polite and kind. If she's running late she'll let you know. Always there when I need her when I'm making bookings. She takes very great care of my guys so I cannot complain. They also love her too.

Kaitlyn did a great job watching my two goldens! They have a ton of energy and handled it like a champion. She was extremely communicative with me, and put me at ease when I was away. Would recommend her to anyone!

Aidan was very attentive and took great care of our kitties during a longer stay! We really felt at ease knowing our cats were in such good hands with Aidan.

Bri went above and beyond caring for our cat while we were out of town. This was our first experience using Rover and she made it seemless - from our meet and greet to the Rover report cards, Bri was very professional and kind. I really enjoyed her sense of humor when our mischievous cat got into some groceries and made a bit of a mess. We will definitely use Bri again!

Emma was amazing, kept me updated on taking my doggo out and gave him lots of love and attention while I was gone!

Liana made a drop-in visit for my husky and did a wonderful job taking care of him! He’s very picky and has boundaries and she was very open and understanding of his needs

Tracy did a great job with my cat Pippa! Even though my booking was a little last minute, we were still able to have a meet and greet before I went away to help introduce Pippa to a new sitter. I got many photos and a detailed update every day, and Tracy worked hard to keep Pippa happy while I was gone. Would definitely book again!

Jules was absolutely amazing! We have 2 shy cats and she was able to get them to cuddle and play with her! She took a ton of photos and spent the time to give us updates every day and even brought in our mail! Our cats seemed so comfortable around her! Will definitely book again!

Highly recommend! Sarah is very kind and compassionate and went above and beyond to make my experience of being away (after a cross country move that truly frightened my cat). She was patient and clearly very gentle with her care which eventually had my cat coming out of hiding and trusting again.
