Dog Boarding in Ashley Retreat

Genny has been watching my pup for almost 2 years now, she is always my first thought whenever I need care. I've also referred her to friends. She is an excellent communicator and I know I can trust my baby is in good hands while I'm away.

Stephanie took great care of Asher. She was easy to work with and quick to respond. We appreciated the photos and updates. We will definitely book with her again when in the Charleston area. Asher came home tired and happy!

There aren't enough words to describe Jennifer and the care she gives to my little guy!!!! Oswald hasn't been for a staycation with his favorite person in over a year (darn hurricanes!). He didn't forget her at all and was right at home. Like always, Jennifer ensured Oswald had fun and was taken care off while also making sure I was ok and kept up to date on how he was doing. The pictures provided are so awesome that I just may have to have Jennifer start hanging out with us because I can never get Oswald to pose so perfectly for pictures!!! Awesome visit. Happy pup and happy mom!! Thank you Jennifer!! Next time it won't be a year before we see you again! :)

Michelle took excellent care of our baby girl! For updates were thoughtful and so cute. I felt at ease, knowing our puppy was in great hands. She had a wonderful time at Michelle‘s house.

Hannah took wonderful care of our fur baby for 2 weeks while we were on a long vacation. She kept us updated everyday. Hannah noted he was having some health issues and immediately contacted us. She took our boy to the vet for us and gave him the prescribed medication, as well as keeping us informed of his progress, and lots of pictures🙂. Our Buddy boy was so well cared for.

Stephen and Jessica were amazing with our senior dog. They sent photos and updates every day. We really felt like our dog was loved and cared for like she was their own! Definitely A++++++ review and would recommend to anyone!

Alexis and John were so great with my Bella. This was my first time using rover and I was very nervous about leaving her with someone, but they were very welcoming, understanding and helpful throughout the processing. The best part was receiving pictures of her throughout the whole stay. I will definitely be boarding with them again if needed in the future.

David and his family were wonderful with my German Shephard, Raider. He has really bad separation anxiety (and when I say really bad that is no exaggeration) but they were so calm and understanding with him. Raider has never been to a sitter before so this was a trial run and I am so glad it was with David

I’m going to tell you guys. Sue-Anne is the best dog sitter you will ever find. She keep you updated on everything and she’s very professional!!!! Thank you Sue-Anne for everything. Will give you a 10 star if I can.

Our second time with her, she is amazing with our pup. Will definitely use again.

There aren't enough positive words for Vilma in how well she looked after my Shepherd and Pug during the Thanksgiving break! There were consistent pictures and videos, even some cute ones with backgrounds. My fur-babies live in an apartment, so they loved getting to run around outside, and socialize with the other dogs (my Pug wore himself out). She also gave them extra attention by making them look their absolute best when I came to get them. All their items had been washed and were packed up nicely for me. I will definitely book with her again!

Lina is amazing!! First time leaving any dog alone with a sitter so I had my worries. That being said, Lina was more than happy to take my Shiba puppy last minute on a holiday weekend. Not only did she do that (which is a huge ask of anyone) she was so incredibly friendly and put my mind at ease right away! Such a beautiful and clean home with plenty of room to play. Honestly I think my pup had so much fun that he was sad to see me take him home. Will 1,000% recommend and request her services again. Thank you Lina!!

After having a bad experience a few weeks ago with boarding our dog at a kennel, we were so relieved that Chipper was in such goods hands with Saffron! We really appreciate the attention and care she provided, as well as the daily updates and pictures. We will definitely be using Saffron again in the future!

Tanzina took good care of my dog. Sent me pictures and videos on how he was doing daily. I would definitely send him back to stay with her again.

When we arrived, Checotah went right over to Kathy, wagged his tail and gave her a kiss. That’s not typical behavior for him when he meets new people. Kathy took good care of him, and sent lots of pictures.

Excellent and quick communication and loved the daily photos/video. Raven also went above and beyond and picked up a package for me that had been delivered. Would book with Raven again!

Amanda was great with Henry! She communicated with us well and kept us updated with pictures. Henry seemed to really have enjoyed his stay with Amanda! Definitely recommend her and will gladly use her for boarding again!!

Caitlin was so accommodating and flexible when watching our dog, Jagger! She sent updates everyday with photos and was super responsive when communicating! She was super welcoming and patient with Jagger and her home and fenced in yard is super dog friendly! We felt very at ease having Jagger at her home.

Kathy is amazing. First and most importantly, she is super responsible and will keep your pet safe. Our dog Toby had never spent the night away from us before we left her with Kathy. We saw how well Toby got along with her and we quickly knew that we didn’t need to worry about him. Kathy wanted to know his schedule and his likes and dislikes so she could help him adjust and be happy with her. Secondly, she has an attractive screened porch and fenced backyard and they were able to “hang out” together and also play. I mentioned that she could leave Toby alone in his crate for a short time if she had errands to run and that he would be fine. However Kathy told me that she won’t leave dogs alone when she is caring for them and that she works from home so it isn’t a problem. Obviously I recommend her without any hesitation. She is wonderful!
