Kerstin was wonderful!! She stayed in our home for a week with our 5 cats and was better than I even expected! This was my first time using Rover and meeting Kerstin. Usually a family member will drop in to feed our cats but I really wanted someone who could stay there and maintain the cats routine. I picked Kerstin because of her great reviews and she really lived up to those reviews! She got to know each cat and sent pics and updates of what the cats did everyday which I loved! While we were gone we felt comfortable and grateful to have Kerstin there looking after things. When we got home the house was clean and sanitized, she brought in the mail, the bed was made with clean sheets and she even ironed pillowcases along with some other special touches and gifts for our kids. She’s a genuinely good person who does a great job! We’re super happy and will definitely use her again!! :)

Morgan was amazing. She took such good care of our kitty while we were away. She left the house cleaner than when we left and our cat was so content when we came home. I could tell that he was so well taken care of. We are using Morgan again for our next trip and I would recommend her to anyone.
