Jonathan was professional, kind, truly loves animals. I didn't feel uneasy at all having him watch our 4 dogs. All of our dogs have their own spicy personalities and Jonathan handled them with ease. Everyone was well cared for. He was also super accommodating with our back and forth travel schedule. Thanks Jonathan!! Will definitely reach out for future needs.

Kathy was incredibly quick to respond to my request and accommodating with her schedule. She is so nice and personable, and did an amazing job taking care of my cat. Emily was great! She did a meet and greet prior to the service. She listened to my requests and documented in the notes what she did when sitting.

This was our first time using River and Haven made it such a great experience! She was very kind, accommodating, and kept in contact with updates our whole trip. We will definitely be using her again in the future! We never leave our fur babies at home without us but she made us feel at ease with going away.

Tammy did a fantastic job taking care of our 2 cats while we were away. They warmed up to her quickly which made us know we had made the right choice! She was able to give our one boy his daily medicine without an issue and that was a huge relief. We will definitely be using her in the future!
