Doggy Day Care in Chestnut Springs

I had my 5 month old puppy Olivia with separation anxiety stay with Megan and the pack for the morning and Olivia LOVED it! I am so happy with how the stay went and Megan is just the best. She was so understanding of my worries so she texted me and sent me pictures to reassure me that it was going great. Olivia was smiling and didn’t want to leave! Will definitely stay again.

Our pup loves day care at Lauren’s! Lauren is extremely friendly to us and our pup. Communication is great and we feel she goes above and beyond to care for our dog.

Wonderful people! They took my pups on a walk and gave them plenty of play time. They kept me updated and sent plenty of photos. Would 100% bring my pups to them again!

We are visiting WNC from out of state and took our 9 month old puppy Otis to Kharen and Chips two time for day care while we were out and about. We are so glad we found them! They are very friendly, clearly love dogs and have a great set up for them in their house and yard. We'll be back-Otis had a great time !

It was our first time having Buddy receive day/night care. He’s not quite 6 months old and definitely has lots of puppy energy; so, I was a bit nervous for the evening. Plus our outing was very last minute. As soon as I connected to Julie, I knew it was the right fit. She was prompt in communicating with me plus professional and pleasant. I was able to see her home to put my mind at ease when I dropped Buddy off, plus she sent me text messages and pictures of the evening. All of my nervousness completely melted away and I could enjoy our family evening out. The pick-up was smooth and seamless. I could tell Buddy thoroughly enjoyed himself. When I got home and unpacked his doggie bag, I found a beautiful note with 2 pictures of my Buddy. It was simply wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about Happy Hearts and Waggin Tails. We will definitely use Julie again!

Rebecca and her family did an excellent job caring for our doggie named Ginger. She has a fenced in back yard and it is great for letting your dog out to run around and explore. We highly recommend Rebecca and will be asking her to care for our dog again in the future!

Laura and William did a great job looking after our senior dog Molly. They immediately made me feel at ease leaving her in their care. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again!

Alan was amazing! Very easy to book - took great care of my pup! Listened to instructions and stayed in communication with updates. I will absolutely book with Alan again when I need a sitter in Asheville.

Great care for our 2 dogs, they were very welcoming and our dogs had a great time with them and we will definitely use them again if needed.

Britney was so great with Kitt! She and her boys were very patient and kind with her - understanding that as a relatively recent rescue she is still adjusting to her new life. Britney was very good with communication while preparing for Kitt's stay, and during her stay. I'm very grateful and would not hesitate to let Kitt stay there again!

Ryan was very welcoming, at the last minute no less, and took Katey in as her own. Thank so much for your help and for taking great care of our little fur baby! ❤
