Megan was extremely accommodating and kind. Fiona was happy and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Megan to care for your pets and look forward to her dog sitting another time.

Lauren always does a great job of helping my shy dog Milo feel welcome and comfortable! He gets to play in the backyard, with other dogs, and always comes home tired after a day full of playing. Highly recommend Lauren for doggy daycare or any of your pet Sitting needs!

It was her first time staying with new friends and with such a short notice. She got along with kids and other pets. She seemed comfortable and relaxed by the time she was picked up. A lot of outdoor space to play and relax. Thank you!!!

This was a first experience for my young puppies. The experience could not have gone better. Kharen was super welcoming and the pups were properly cared for while not being overwhelmed with the day. It was our first time having Buddy receive day/night care. He’s not quite 6 months old and definitely has lots of puppy energy; so, I was a bit nervous for the evening. Plus our outing was very last minute. As soon as I connected to Julie, I knew it was the right fit. She was prompt in communicating with me plus professional and pleasant. I was able to see her home to put my mind at ease when I dropped Buddy off, plus she sent me text messages and pictures of the evening. All of my nervousness completely melted away and I could enjoy our family evening out. The pick-up was smooth and seamless. I could tell Buddy thoroughly enjoyed himself. When I got home and unpacked his doggie bag, I found a beautiful note with 2 pictures of my Buddy. It was simply wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about Happy Hearts and Waggin Tails. We will definitely use Julie again!

Lisa cared for our Golden Retriever while we were on an excursion while vacationing here in Asheville. She is personable, friendly, and truly seems to be an animal lover. Our girl came back to us tired so I think she played all day.

Britney was so great with Kitt! She and her boys were very patient and kind with her - understanding that as a relatively recent rescue she is still adjusting to her new life. Britney was very good with communication while preparing for Kitt's stay, and during her stay. I'm very grateful and would not hesitate to let Kitt stay there again!

Our experience working with Rebecca was great! We reached out in short notice and Rebecca responded quickly and really worked with our schedule which was super helpful. Our doggo appears to have enjoyed her stay based on the several picture and video updates Rebecca provided. Thank you again for all your help!

Nice couple. Bella got freaked out with the dropoff in the dark but settled in. I will likely call on them again as they are close to where we live.
