Merrell was AMAZING! On short notice she was able to step in and make what promised to be a stressful situation, wonderful. During the time we were away, we did not worry about our babies at all. Marilyn was AMAZING! This was the first time I had left my cat and was nervous she would have a hard time being without me. Even though I'm sure my cat missed me, I could tell she was in the best hands. Marilyn’s kindness and care shone through in every update she sent complete with sweet photos that reassured me my cat was safe and loved. She treated my cat like her own and followed every detail I shared to make her feel comfortable. She went above and beyond of what I expected and I’m so grateful for that! Moe is awesome with my cats! She would play with Jinx who is my social butterfly. She also made sure to put eyes on Cinder who is a master at hiding. She will contact you with any questions she has, which I appreciate. I will definitely be booking her again in the future.
