Shakoya was truly AMAZING!!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our cats while we were away. She loved on them and scooped the litter each day, and was sooo kind and responsive. If I could give ten stars I would!!! Thank you Shakoya!

Kellie was amazing with my cat Harry! She was able to give him his ear medicine for a week and was so sweet doing a meet and greet as well as keeping us so updated with each visit summary! She even gave us a heads up of ants coming into our house! I will definitely be using Kellie again if she is available, best rover sitter I've gotten!

Bret is SO awesome at taking care of our fur-babies. This is our second time hiring him, and each time he has gone above and beyond what’s required. He’s always on time, communicative, and trustworthy. We’ve hired many different sitters before, and Bret is hands down the BEST. We don’t ever want to hire anyone else other than Bret ever again!

Chelsea did a great job keeping me updated with pictures and messages during her checkin of my two cats. She was timely and spent the appropriate amount of time for the visits. She was also great about preparation before the visits, making sure she aware of all instructions/expectations and how things operated. Will definitely book again when needed!

Jeff was great from start to finish! He came early and met the cats and made us feel comfortable leaving them in his care. Good communication and even checked to see if a package delivery needed to be refrigerated. Will definitely use him again!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Jennifer! She took incredible care of Missy for the 5 days I booked and took on an additional 2 days I needed despite the unusually bad weather we had in Charlotte (Snow & Ice). Missy is usually quite skittish, but Jennifer managed to make Missy feel at ease and provided daily updates with pictures. The apartment was left spotless, and all Missy's needs were met with such attention to detail. You can tell Jennifer genuinely care about animals. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, loving pet sitter!

Jennifer was great! She visited my 3 cats while I was away and she was reliable and communicative. I barely had signal to check in with her but I still felt at ease, knowing that she was taking good care of my cats. We would love to have her back next time we leave!

Alexandra is Wonderful! She took good care of my 2 kitties and I enjoyed getting her reports and pictures everyday. Knowing they were looked after in such a loving way put my mind at ease while on vacation. Not only did she feed them, she inspected around the house for any accidents they may have had. I hope she will be available to call upon in the future.

Best Rover experience EVER! Miroslava gave us detailed, honest one paragraph updates about our Hoffy. I can’t say enough how much peace of mind that gave us while being away. Ben did a good job talking care of my cat Mia Mia was happy when she was there. He is also very updating you how your pet is doing plus sends you photos.
