Cat Sitting in Garden City

I'm so glad I reached out to Jeffrey to board my 9 year old black cat for the week. I was very concerned to "relocating" her to his home for the week during Christmas. Knowing he had no other animals in the house and kids at home during the holidays to keep her company is what made me decide to go this route. It was worth it. Although it took my Pepper time to adjust to the relocation, it turned out to be less stressful to keep her there, than leaving her home alone. (If I leave her alone for a week, she is howling in distress for days after I return) This is the 1st time in years where Pepper was actually calm after my return home. I hope Jeffrey and his family will consider taking her again for my next trip.

As usual, Sue was wonderful with my fosters! I think I’m a little jealous—she seems to be making huge strides with Junebug! (Just kidding. 🙂) I’m grateful she was available last minute for us. Sue is prompt and spends quality time with my kitties. I don’t worry about leaving them because I know they’re in good hands!

Since I am retired, my two cats are accustomed to me being at home most of the time, so I was a reluctant to leave them alone for ten days with a pet sitter just coming in a couple times a day to feed them. So, Mary S. was a house sitter as well as a pet sitter while I was gone. Both cats were very content upon my return, which I attribute to the care and attention they received from Mary S. I recommend her highly and would use her again in a heartbeat.

Craig is a next level sitter. His level of attention to the details in caring for our fur baby while we were away and communication about what was happening back at home, made it so we could worry less and enjoy our time with our family more. We’ve been using Rover for many years and recently moved and we’re so glad we found found Craig. He’ll be our go-to sitter going forward.

Chrissy was fantastic with my cat who can be skittish and shy with new people. She took great care of him and he ended up feeling comfortable enough to warm up & let her pet him! If I ever needed someone to watch him again I wouldn’t hesitate to ask her.

Rebekah did a wonderful job with Grady. She sent updates and pictures every day and the house was cleaned up and just as it was when I left. I also really appreciated her quick response as it was a last minute booking!!

Having Isabella was a blessing, we are new in the city and we don't know anyone, we had never left our cat alone and Isabella was very responsible, she communicated with me all the time, fed her, played with her and gave her a lot of love, very grateful that my Cat was in great hands

Emily was so friendly and worked really well with the skiddish stray kitten we have been feeding and trying to get closer too, and gave us lots of advice about how to take care of her once we are able to get her inside.
