Jay was awesome! This was our first time using rover with our active gsp and could not have had a better experience thanks to Jay. Responsive and dependable. Tanya is great! We love her and the dogs love her too. She is highly professional as well as warm and engaging. We are so pleased to have Tanya walk our pets or stay in our home and we feel that we can relax when we go away knowing that our home and our pets are in good hands. I am very loyal to my normal dog walker but use Ideen when she is out of town or unavailable. He is so lovely in person and obviously loves dogs. He gave great updates and handled my somewhat difficult dog well.
