Very communicative, sent pictures and updates each day. Made sure my room stayed clean and my pets received their proper care.

Ariel cat and house sat for us while we were on a short trip. Despite having to deal with several unexpected challenges, she was always professional, had excellent communication, and made lemonade out of lemons! She had car trouble on her way to our home, yet she still found a way to arrive on time. Our alarm system malfunctioned while we were gone with the fire alarm going off several times in a row for no apparent reason, and she dealt with the whole ordeal--even meeting with the firemen--very calmly and made sure our cat was safe and sound once it was all over. She left the house in perfect condition. In fact, she even stripped the bedsheets so it would be easier for us to just throw them in the wash. We felt comfortable with her in charge.

Bill was able to take care of our adopted outdoor kitty when we had to leave suddenly to go out of town. It was reassuring to know that Lloyd wasn't going hungry. He made sure the water dish was clean, too.

EJ is great!!! Our cat Cleo doesn’t warm up to people easily but that wasn’t the case with EJ!! She is easy to communicate with and that’s a major factor for me! Highly recommend her!!

We are so glad we got Brooke to take care of our pets! She followed all our instructions and helped around the house too. I was able to enjoy my trip because I knew my cats were safe. Thank you Brooke! I highly recommend her!
