When we had an issue with our key not opening the door, she spent well over the planned visit time speaking with me over the phone to find a solution and make sure my cat and snake were fed, happy, and healthy. My kitten Wilma absolutely loved playing with Victoria and I felt safe leaving her in her care. It is clear Victoria loves animals! She was also flexible which I appreciated. I can’t recommend Victoria enough!
